Weight Loss fast

carbohydrate or carb is the biggest contributor for any weight gain. Some people think that eliminating carbs or a low carb diet is the best way to lose those extra pounds. It is blamed together with fat as reasons for obesity. That is not entirely correct. The body has need of carb to produce energy. Many sickness associated with weigh loss is from eliminating carb or by having low carb is detrimental to one's health. The solution, which doctors and fitness experts all agree is through a low carb weight loss program.
Low carb weight loss program means that the carbohydrates that you will eat should have from low to moderate glycemic index. A glycemic index is how fast or how slow the body is causing the blood sugar to rise or fall. Those foods that can cause blood sugar to rise are therefore classified as high in the glycemic index.
And on the other hand, those foods that do not cause the blood sugar to rise is rated low on the said glycemic index. Sugar in the blood is the one responsible for the insulin to be released in the bloodstream. And it is the insulin that causes the fats to be stored in the body.
So a low carb weight loss program means that foods that trigger the glycemic index to rise must be avoided in order for the body not to store all those extra fats. Among those food that are score high in the glycemic index are sweets like cakes, chocolates and candies. If you notice a person suffering from hypoglycaemia is given immediately a candy so that the insulin will be released in his blood.
The effect is almost instantaneous so you just can imagine when you take so much of these foods. Brown rice and cereals are examples of food that are low in carb. But there are foods though rich in carbohydrates can still be prepared to make it a good carb. An example of this is pasta. It can still be cooked so as not to score high in the glycemic index.
